Eastern Regional Youth Event (RYE)

For youth who are currently in grades 6-12.

Eastern Regional Youth Event (RYE) will be a place to grow your spirits and connect with teens from all over New England and the Northeast. RYE is all about leadership development-- building resilience, living in community, learning skills for advocacy, serving others, trying on spiritual practices, and sharing testimony.  Read more about RYE

SEEKING SUMMER CAMP NURSES

SigmaCamp Week 2: Saturday, August 17-Saturday, August 24

Nurses must have current RN Licensure in Connecticut. Not licensed in CT, but interested in being a nurse? Contact us - we may be able to help!

Camp Nurse compensation for the week will be $1,000 and 1 week of camp for your child(ren). Private room, bathroom, and all meals are included during your week.

Silver Lake's summer program runs on volunteers!

Join us as a volunteer for a week!

This is a unique opportunity to deepen your own faith while serving as a mentor to children and youth. And you only have to commit to one week, rather than a whole summer.

Complete the Summer Camp Volunteer Application - To indicate interest in being a summer camp volunteer, even if you've been a summer volunteer before.

The 2024 Silver Lake Awards Celebration will take place on Sunday, October 6, 2024.

The 2024 Celebration will honor Rev. Molly Baskette as the 2024 Silver Lake Award Honoree, and Dan Jakubiak as the 2024 Volunteer of the Year Honoree. Learn more and register now!

The third annual Southern New England Conference Justice Summit will focus this year on politics as an act of faith. Local church leaders will gather both onsite in Middletown, Connecticut and online for this hybrid event on September 14th.  Registration is open now.

Family Weekends at Silver Lake

Families of every size and description are welcome to gather and enjoy all that Silver Lake has to offer. We’ll worship together, play games, explore nature, and much more, while learning what it means to be a family, not just to each other, but to all God’s people. Registration is open now.

Silver Lake Action Weekends

Catch up with old friends, make new friends, and work hard to prepare YOUR camp & retreat center for the coming season.  From chopping wood to repairing buildings, moving picnic tables to raking leaves, there’s a project for everyone, 6th grade* through adult.

*Everyone under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them throughout the weekend, such as a parent or a youth group leader.
