Central clergy to meet twice a month via Zoom
Clergy in Central MA Association will now be meeting twice a month via Zoom. They will meet the first and second Monday of each month. If you are a clergy person and have not been receiving the email notifications about these meetings please be in touch with Deb Holmes, holmesd@sneucc.org to be added to the distribution list.

Will you be using your elevator when re-opening?
For those churches that have opened or are contemplating opening are you using your elevator? The regional office has received a question on how the usage for elevators is being handled. Please email me at holmesd@sneucc.org and let me know if you are using your elevator and what safety/cleaning processes you are implementing.
Looking for a new sign for our church
The Federated Church in Hudson is looking to upgrade their existing sign to one with changeable letters. They are interested in used signs as well as new. Obituaries
The Rev. Charles Irving Cummings died on October 2, 2020 at Ticonderoga NY following a long illness.
Irv Cummings was born on May 31, 1951 in Ticonderoga, New York, he was the son of the late Charles Robert and Elizabeth (Wathsock) Cummings. From his earliest days, he never doubted that he was a beloved child of God. To Irv, this love was real and made incarnate in his maternal grandfather, Irving Wathsock. Irv often spoke of his grandfather’s kindness, acceptance, and encouragement. Sadly, Irv lost his Grandpa Wathsock when he was only six years old. It wasn’t until his coming out as a Gay man in his early 20s, that Irv once again began to feel accepted for who he was.

The Rev. Mr. Carl F. Reynolds died on Wednesday, October 21, 2020. Carl retired from Second Congregational Church of Stafford UCC in West Stafford, CT in June 2019. He leaves his wife, Debbie, and children.

Meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 9:30 AM.
The Board of Director's:
Meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 2:30 PM
Both meetings take place at the association office located in Worcester.
Proportional Giving is new in 2020!
In 2020 the Association will only be sending pledge invoices to our churches for the Association portion of Fellowship Dues, which are currently $1.65 per member.
The Association will no longer be collecting and forwarding any portion of Conference support. This change also effects any church that was part of United Church Mission. UCM churches will be sent a pledge invoice for the amount that had been received from the Conference while part of UCM.
