Responding to the Scourge of Racism

Bridge Conference Minister Kent Siladi writes: We have an obligation as people of faith and as a Conference that proclaims that we are called to live the love and justice of Jesus and to speak up and out about the pervasive racism that continues to manifest itself in violence and death.

The United Church of Christ is hosting a live viewing of Rev. Dr. Otis Moss, Jr’s cinematic sermon. Immediately following the live video, a panel discussion with four respected thought leaders, racial justice advocates, and UCC pastors will discuss the impact of historical and present day acts of racism and violence towards African Americans and how the Christian Church can be actively involved in dismantling racism.
